1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jwpub", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jwpub online gaming platform, accessible at https://jwpub.bet, and the entity operating the platform in accordance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a jwpub account or who accesses or uses the jwpub platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal player account created on the jwpub platform, through which the player may deposit funds, place wagers, claim bonuses, and request withdrawals.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jwpub platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the jwpub Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the jwpub platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jwpub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold a jwpub account.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any such person employed by jwpub or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or a player under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order from any gaming platform or regulatory authority.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.

jwpub reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games on the jwpub platform, you must register a player account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered jwpub account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, identity documents, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jwpub reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold funds pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jwpub will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify jwpub immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Closure: You may close your jwpub account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited, and remaining real-money funds will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

jwpub is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR-aligned compliance obligations. By registering an account, you consent to these verification procedures.

jwpub may request the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during account review:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID (e.g., SSS card, GSIS card, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Passport, Postal ID, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate) dated within the last 90 days
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or Maya account matching the account name)
• A selfie photograph holding your submitted ID, if requested

jwpub reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and place an account under review until KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved by our compliance team. Players who refuse to complete KYC may have their accounts restricted or permanently closed, and any funds held will be subject to a compliance review period before release.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: jwpub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your jwpub wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. jwpub does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transfer fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method, which must match the payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: typically 15 minutes to 2 hours
• BPI, BDO, UnionBank bank transfers: 1 to 3 business days
• USDT TRC20: subject to blockchain confirmation times
• Coins.ph: typically within 1 hour

Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where an account is undergoing KYC review. jwpub reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by fraud detection systems.

Rejected Withdrawals: jwpub reserves the right to reject or reverse a withdrawal request if: (a) the account KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal is suspected to involve fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) the withdrawal is requested in breach of active bonus terms; or (d) the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jwpub offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously is prohibited.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While an active bonus is applied to your account, the maximum allowable bet per game round or sports selection is ₱500 (or the equivalent in any other denomination), unless specifically stated otherwise. Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, baccarat, roulette, and certain other games may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the period stated in the promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of activation. Any unclaimed or unused bonus value will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Abuse Prevention: jwpub actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to convert bonus funds, arbitrage across multiple accounts, and collusion. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
• jwpub Right to Amend: jwpub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players with an active bonus at the time of cancellation will be notified and may complete existing wagering requirements under the original terms, at jwpub's discretion.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jwpub platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained professional dealers using physical equipment subject to regular inspection.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all slot and RNG games is published in each game's information panel within the jwpub lobby. RTP rates represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jwpub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documents
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or bypass security measures
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering intended to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the jwpub platform to launder money or process funds connected to any illegal activity
• Abusing bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements
• Sharing account credentials with any third party, or allowing any other person to access or operate your account
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jwpub staff, support agents, or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law

10 Responsible Gaming

jwpub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all Filipino players. We take our duty of care seriously and offer the following tools, all accessible from your account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jwpub platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the jwpub platform
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on jwpub content

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jwpub's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jwpub account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jwpub shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, downtime, maintenance, or technical errors outside jwpub's reasonable control
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence in securing account credentials
• Any indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jwpub's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jwpub collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account with jwpub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jwpub uses your personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, send relevant promotional communications (where opted in), and fulfil our compliance obligations under applicable Philippine law. 14 Amendments to These Terms

When material changes are made, jwpub will provide notice through one or more of the following means: a notification displayed upon your next login to the platform, an email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the jwpub website.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jwpub platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Requests to close your account on grounds of disagreement with amended Terms must be submitted to our support team prior to the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jwpub, we encourage players to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct communication with our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of an internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.
